Who I am
My name is Lilia and I’m excited that you’re here! I’ve been working in the wellness space for 10 years, and my simple goal is to share what I’ve learned along the way.
As someone who has sustained some tough injuries, gone through years of physio and experienced chronic pain of my own, I’m on this journey right alongside you.

What I do
I want everyone to have the same experience of learning about their body that I had. I combine a healthy dose of strength and conditioning, with confidence building and education to help you find a path to a stronger you. I aim to approach each session with a compassionate, open mind and focus on your goals. I view training and rehab as a collaboration where we are partners working toward a common goal. Unfortunately, I can’t “fix” your problems or your pain, but I can give you all the tools I have to help you make those changes for yourself.
I have trained extensively in strength and conditioning, but I have also pursued training in pelvic health and neurological rehab. I try to synthesize my knowledge from each area to create a specific and well-rounded treatment for each person I work with. I don’t believe there’s one size, one modality or one workout that everyone needs, and I look forward to the opportunity to help you find the right fit.
I’d say it began when I tore my ACL playing soccer at the age of 14. I managed to get back to playing after surgery and a year of rehab, only to have another significant injury requiring another surgery a year later. Add on a series of overuse injuries from all the other sports I played, and I was in pain a lot of the time. When I got a little older, I started to have repeated lower back strains until eventually I just had pain every day. As someone with a mechanical mind, I wanted concrete answers, but I got something much different. Working through my own pain journey allowed me to get extremely curious, both about the biomechanics, but also about the less tangible aspects of pain and injury that were weighing me down. Some of the most lasting changes I’ve made when it comes to pain are more around mindset, habits and learning to make sense of my inner world and how it plays into my pain. Sometimes it’s simple, sometimes it’s not. But I’ve been through both sides myself and I believe I can help you move forward, no matter where you’re starting from.
