Pelvic health treatment should be more than lying on a table. While internal assessment and treatment is something that I offer, my goal is to make treatment functional. I take a trauma-informed approach, and make sure you are in the driver’s seat and we are working as a team. Pelvic floor dysfunction can be worrisome, but treatment should leave you feeling hopeful and empowered, not fearful. I have completed courses in traditional pelvic floor treatment as well as treatment with a sport, exercise and performance focus. Your pelvic floor is part of a greater system in the body, and I treat it as such, with a well-rounded and whole-body approach.
Conditions treated:
Bowel/bladder incontinence (leaking)
Bowel/bladder urgency/frequency
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Post-op pelvic surgery (prostatectomy, c-section)
Pre- and Postpartum
Diastasis Recti
Pelvic Pain
Deep hip pain/lower back pain
